No, not at all. We cater to a wide variety of experience levels and all are welcome.
Noooooo. Whilst there are moments of seriousness, Alex tends to lean towards not taking things too seriously.

Not at all — everything is optional. You can do as much or as little as you like.
Most retreats offer a deposit with the balance due closer to the start date, and payment plans are also available. Exact terms are shown at checkout.
Cancellation terms are listed on each retreat page and in your confirmation email.
Flights are usually not included unless the retreat page says otherwise.
Yes — we recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical treatment and cancellation.
